Small Business Matters

My firm provides a variety of services that can be of assistance to new and established small businesses.

Among the many services offered by my firm are as follows:

Organizational Setup . We will help you determine which organization is right for you; including sole proprietorship, corporation, or a limited liability company (LLC). After determining which model works best for you, we will then make the filings with the federal and state government and draw up organizational agreements.

Collections. We handle collection matters regularly with clients in many varied industries. We work to minimize the costs to you, including filing in small claim court if that is the best option, in order to optimize your return.

Contracts. We will review and/or draft all your business contracts, leases, agreements, notes and mortgages.
